Krestival

Need to Know

Everything you need before, during, and after.

Why are we doing this?

Becuase we have free will. This is the very first Krestival, hosted by Murr and Cal with the help of our amazingly beloved friends and family. Our goal is to provide an experience that celebrates the best things in life- live music, nature, and most importantly, human connection. This is a great opportunity to be yourself (as long as you aren't an asshole), meet new friends, and show us what you got. Escape from the monotany of your day-to-day and fully indulge in the beauty around you. Try new things, talk to new people, and offer your best self to people who will do the same. - Murr

And also just because festivals are fucking sick - Cal

This is a free festival, but donations are highly appreciated. Donations of $30+ submitted by July 1st will receive exclusive, custom merch.

Before you Arrive

Please reach out to Murr or Cal for the address.

Parking is LIMITED! Parking passes will be distributed with highest priority going to full vehicles (4+ people in your car) camping the whole weekend. If you are attending but not camping, Uber/Lyft are available, otherwise there is a parking area .3 miles from the festival. If you are camping for the whole or part of the weekend but didn't get a pass, there is a park and ride 1 mile from the festival and we will provide transportation to and from.

There is WiFi around the lilac stage, but we strongly encourage limiting your use.

Upon arrival, staff members will direct you on where to set up your tent

There is not unlimited space, please help us make room for everyone by sharing tents with your friends!

No pets (sorry) and no kids (not sorry).

Highly recommend bringing a cooler and a YOGA MAT (there will be a session on Saturday) and picnic blanket (the ground is not comfortable)

Food / Water / Health

You are camping, bring a cooler and some food. We will provide water, ice, coffee, and snacks. Breakfast burritos and dinner will be provided on Saturday. Guests are encouraged to bring food and are welcome to utilize our grill.

BYOB! But please limit glass. This isn't phoenix, this is our home- if you do break glass, pick it up immediately. Boots runs around without boots on. Highly recommend a cooler.

If you get hurt or need any sort of attention, look for Murr's mom (Mumzy). She is a highly trained medical professional, and also just really cool. Will give you a mom hug. Be sure to compliment her.

It gets hot and sunny out here. Pop ups, canopies, shade structures, tapestries, and battery powered fans are all encouraged. Festival forts plz

The cactus mitigation team has gone tf off, that said, there are certainly still pricklies about the grounds. Especially in 'No Man's Land'...BRING CLOSED TOED SHOES

Where you'll be

There are 5 acres of festival grounds, but we still have neighbors. Please respect them by not wandering onto their property and/or causing excess noise.

The Back40 campground is our designated quiet zone. Be respectful and shut up when you're over there. If you would like to request camping in the quiet zone, let Murr know ASAP.

There will be 4 restrooms available- 3 in the main house, and 1 in The Building. That said, there will be over 100 people so do not plan on showering, and try to limit going in and out of our house. You can pee outside but DO NOT TAKE A SHIT ON OUR PROPERTY (YOU CAN SHIT INSIDE)

It gets real hot during the day and pretty chilly at night. It's also possible that it rains. It's possible that it's windy. Prepare accordingly.

The festival grounds are at 7k elevation. Think about that

ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPFIRES. WE ARE IN A DROUGHT AND IF YOU BURN OUR HOUSE DOWN WE WILL HUMILATE YOU TO NO END, GET YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO TURN ON YOU, AND NEVER SPEAK TO YOU AGAIN.

These are the Rocky Mountains and there are bears and other wildlife. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OUT. Seriously, we had a bear in our front yard last November it ain't no joke.
